Talk about it together

What did Angela want for girls in the retelling?

Did Angela do everything alone?

What can a kind teacher or friend do?

Who could you encourage this week?

Teach one small skill

In pairs, explain a simple skill such as folding paper or drawing a shape. Take turns as teacher and learner. Use one patient sentence, then ask what helped. Everyone may choose an easier skill.

A note for parents and teachers

The retelling includes family bereavement, a vision, and severe fasting. The leader notes explain the difference between Angela's original Company and later Ursuline schools.

The video simplifies Angela's life and connects her directly with classroom schooling. Her 1535 Company centered on consecrated women living in society; Ursuline schools developed later. Treat visions and dialogue as devotional retelling. Children should eat healthy meals; do not imitate severe fasting.

Pray together

Jesus, thank you for teachers and friends. Give us patience to learn and kindness to encourage others. Saint Angela, pray for us. Amen.
